This is a small guide on how to program your car key fob programming to unlock your car doors. I would like to start by saying that I have written the entire code on my own. This is a simple guide that explains how to do this.
First of all, you need to download the necessary files. I have written the code in Visual Basic 2010 Express but it will work in most languages.
Open the VB 2010 IDE, create a new project and name it “KeyFobCar”.
Next, you will need to add a class to the project. I have named the class “MyClass”.
Now, right click on the project, choose Add>New Item, and then select Class. Name the class “MyClass” and click OK.
You will now need to add a few things to the MyClass.
First of all, add two string variables to the class. I have named them “MyString1” and “MyString2”.
Next, add three methods to the class. They will be named as follows:
– Method1: This will be used to check whether the key fob has been inserted into the car.
– Method2: This will be used to close the door.
– Method3: This will be used to open the door.
Now, add the following code to the methods:
First of all, add this line of code to the method1:
Dim MyString As String = “This is the first string”
Then, add this line of code to the method1:
If MyString = “This is the second string” Then
‘Do something here.’
End If
Next, add this line of code to the method1:
If MyString = “This is the third string” Then
‘Do something here.’
End If
Finally, add this line of code to the method1:
MsgBox(“The door has been opened.”)
Now, add this line of code to the method2:
MsgBox(“The door has been closed.”)
Finally, add this line of code to the method3:
MsgBox(“The door has been opened.”)
Next, run the program.
You will now have to insert the key fob into the car.
